Influenced by his South Tyrolean roots, professional stints in Bavaria, and a deep passion for the art of mixing, Yannik found his way behind the bar. After studying educational science in Innsbruck, he quickly realized that his true calling lay not in teaching, but in the creative craft of classic cocktails.Thorough training with one of the country’s most renowned bartenders shaped his style: timeless, nuanced, and always with attention to detail. Yannik was awarded the Rolling Pin Rising Bar Talent Award for his skills—a recognition of his professional expertise and passion.Today, he manages the ADLERS Bar with great dedication and flair. His aim is to offer every guest more than just a drink—namely, a moment of genuine hospitality that will remain a pleasant memory.
