Finally, the time has come. We’re back for you. Missing someone is an oppressive feeling. Heartache is inevitable. But our hearts will open again. Just like our doors! We’ll finally be able to welcome you back In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have summarised all the important information for you here.

You are safe with us

We take your and our employees’ safety seriously. For this reason, we have made some changes to ensure your and our employees’ health.

• Clean rooms
  Each of our rooms is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.
• Public rooms
  All our public spaces are cleaned, disinfected and ventilated several times a day.
• Disinfectants
  In the public rooms, our WCs, at the reception and in front of the lifts, we have set up disinfectant dispensers for you.
• Spit protection reception
  Our reception has been equipped with a spit guard.

Protective measures against coronavirus (COVID-19)

• Pay attention to respiratory hygiene!
  When coughing or sneezing, keep mouth and nose covered with bent elbow or a handkerchief and dispose of it immediately.
• Do not touch eyes, nose or mouth!
  Hands can absorb viruses and transmit the virus in the face!
• Keep your distance!
  Keep a distance of at least one meter between you and all other persons.
• Wash your hands frequently!
  Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap or disinfectant.
• Do not shake hands!
  We do not shake hands and give you a smile.
• Pay contactless!
  We ask you to refrain from cash payments as far as possible and to pay contactless if possible.
